Welcome to MVMT.
At MVMT, we are not just a gym, but a family. We pride ourselves on providing a friendly, supportive and non judgemental environment and training experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
We are based on the outskirts of Lincoln, easy to reach VIA the A46 bypass and offer private on site parking.
We are a gym that is now home to many loyal members, that are of all ages and abilities. We currently offer over 22 classes per week, which is soon to increase further, as well as being a OFFICIAL HYROX GYM which also enables us to deliver specialised HYROX classes. We are also proud to offer the full MYZONE experience within our premises for an even better training experience.

Over the past twenty years, fitness has become the fastest growing sport in the world, and is identified as having the most organised members, spread across various gyms, boxes, bootcamp clubs and PT studios worldwide. HYROX: The World Series of Fitness Racing, provides everybody with a new sport to race in and a new purpose to train for.
HYROX combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times.
